Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza<\/strong> has today presented a charitable cheque for the amount of<\/strong> 2,237.18 euros<\/strong> to the Association Ibiza and Formentera Against Cancer, IFCC, as part of the Pinktober\u00ae initiative. David Caso,<\/strong> manager of Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, was responsible for handing over the amount to Berno Kiberd,<\/strong> vice president of this local NGO that has been supporting cancer patients in Ibiza and Formentera for 22 years. Also present at the event were Soraya Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, Marketing Manager of Hard Rock Hotel; Rub\u00e9n Pina<\/strong>, coach at OWN Studio in the Body Rock gym, and William Sweeney<\/strong>, IFCC volunteer.<\/p>\n

‘Stronger together’<\/strong> is the name of the breast cancer awareness initiative promoted by Hard Rock International, which last October culminated in a sports day in support of IFCC<\/strong> where psychologist, coach, and personal trainer Nieves Bol\u00f3s gave a masterclass on nutrition and fitness. This was followed by a Total Body Conditioning session offered by Bfit Ibiza Sports Club<\/strong> and the professionals from OWN fitness studio,<\/strong> the team of personal trainers at Body Rock, the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza gym, concluded the day with a stretching session. The money raised from the donation-based entry fees was entirely donated to this association. During the event, there was also a charity raffle<\/strong> where two pink Fender guitars<\/strong>, one acoustic and one electric, as well as a three-month pass for the Body Rock gym<\/strong>, were drawn.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, as part of this charity campaign, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza’s dining venues sold limited edition cocktails<\/strong> and a pink cake made by the restaurant Tatel,<\/strong> as well as the opportunity to reserve balinese beds decorated in pink tones<\/strong> during the month of October. The total amount<\/strong> collected from the sales of these products and services throughout the month of October has been donated to IFCC.<\/p>\n
