The Ibiza and Formentera Against Cancer Association (IFCC) has launched its traditional Christmas Lottery sales with number 39,290, aiming once again to bring good fortune to the people of Ibiza and Formentera while supporting the organisation. This charity ticket, which last year won €120 (with €100 per ticket and €20 as a refund), allows participants to help this cancer-fighting association by automatically donating three euros with each purchase.
39,290 is the “magic” number with which IFCC has been bringing good fortune to the islanders for several years. Only last Christmas, this charity number distributed a total of €231,600 thanks to the sale of 1,930 tickets, most of them purchased by residents of Ibiza and Formentera. A lucky ticket that was also awarded in the 2022 Christmas Lottery draw, distributing €218,400 among the local population.
The Ibiza and Formentera Against Cancer Association states that this year they aim “to surpass last year’s sales and once again bring luck and joy to the people of Ibiza and Formentera, to whom we are grateful for their support of our cause.” Full details of the points of sale can be found on their website www.ibizacancer.com
